Compensation for Surrogate Mothers

Surrogate mothers are compensated for their emotional, physical and mental dedication to their surrogacy journey. In Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, Ohio, and across the U.S., a surrogate mother can earn between $55,000 to $60,000, which includes base pay and benefits/expenses. A single fetus can earn a surrogate $35,000 and an additional $5,000 for a multiple birth. An experienced gestational carrier typically receives a higher compensation.

The Referral bonus is payable in two installments: $1,000 when they sign a contract with an intended parent and an additional $2,000 once an embryo transfer is complete. There is no limit on referrals.
